Louis Tenenbaum is the founder and president of Homes Renewed and is the nation’s leading authority on Aging in Place. A former contractor, Louis was the first remodeler to concentrate his company on Aging in Place modifications in the early 1990’s.
Louis wrote Aging in Place 2.0: Rethinking Solutions to the Home Care Challenge published by the MetLife Mature Market Institute articulating his vision for Long Term Care @Home.
Louis consults with organizations, governments and businesses. He delivers seminars, keynote addresses and education for consumers, volunteers, design, health and construction professionals, not for profit leaders and communities.
